Elbasan University, and the young and ambitious Recrtor Prof.  Elvira Fetahu, have invited the Culture Based Development Intensive Course one more year in a row on the campus of the university and the historic city of learning: Elbasan. The end of the CBD course coincided with their excellently organised 12th International Conference: Innovation & New Visions.  The conference combined contributions from economics and law. In parallel, there were wonderful  initiatives, examples of elements of Aesthetic Education, welcoming the European Union integration of the country.
