Annie Tubadji was part of the UNESCO Advisory Team (by invitation only)  in relation to drafting the new 2024 declaration of UNESCO on climate change. The document was drafted and signed by the members of the UNESCO Global Network of Learning Cities who met in Jubail Industrial City, Saudi Arabia – a member of the UNESCO Global Network of Learning Cities.
