🎓 With thanks
It was a great privilege to visit the University of Valladolid and learn more about its pioneering Master's in Cultural Economics and Cultural Management, a programme that has played a foundational role in advancing cultural economics in Spain and has inspired generations of students and researchers.
I was particularly honoured to be hosted by Professor Luis César Herrero Prieto, one of the world's leading cultural economists, former President of the Association for Cultural Economics International (ACEI), and coordinator of the GIEC Research Group in Cultural Economics at the University of Valladolid. Through his scholarship, leadership, and dedication to the field, he has helped shape the international development of cultural economics for decades.
My heartfelt thanks to Luis and his wonderful research team for inviting me to present my first CBD book and for their extraordinary warmth and hospitality. Their generosity, friendship, and genuine passion for culture and learning made my visit truly memorable. I greatly enjoyed the stimulating conversations and the opportunity to engage with colleagues and students in such an inspiring intellectual environment.
